Mr Nettleton, is a superb surgeon. I visited him as he was the first surgeon to complete aquablation surgery in the Southwest, Midlands or Wales. I was also aware that he runs a UK training centre for aquablation and that he is the highest volume surgeon in the region having an NHS and private practice. I had high expectations and my experience has been absolutely fantastic. He comes highly recommended.

The most common enlarged prostate symptoms include a weak urine stream, difficulty starting urination, frequent urination (especially at night), urgency, and incomplete bladder emptying.
These symptoms are caused by the prostate pressing on the urethra and are one of the main reasons patients seek prostate treatment in the UK. While BPH is not cancer, symptoms can worsen over time, so early assessment by a specialist is recommended.
The best treatment for an enlarged prostate depends on your symptoms, prostate size, and overall health.
Treatment options include medication and surgical procedures such as TURP surgery and Aquablation therapy. Jeremy Nettleton specialises in advanced prostate treatments and will recommend the most appropriate option based on a detailed consultation and investigation.
The difference between TURP and Aquablation lies in how prostate tissue is removed during surgery. TURP surgery uses an electrical loop. Aquablation uses robotic guidance and a water jet.
Each option is suited to different prostate sizes and patient needs. Patients often search for best prostate surgery UK, and the right choice depends on individual assessment by a specialist.
Yes, Aquablation treatment in the UK is available privately, often with much shorter waiting times than the NHS.
Aquablation is a minimally invasive, robotic-assisted procedure that uses a high-pressure water jet to remove prostate tissue precisely. Many patients search for Aquablation UK as an alternative to traditional prostate surgery due to its effectiveness and potential for reduced side effects. Jeremy Nettleton is highly experienced in this technique.
